But daijoubu, I have an ever-so convenient 860W toaster oven to save the day. This month I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll show you how to easily transform salmon into a bento lunch or fish supper.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cook Time: 12 mins<\/p>\n<p>Prep Time: 30mins + (for marinating)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Serves 2<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Ingredients<\/p>\n<p>2 salmon fillets<\/p>\n<p>4 heaped tsps white miso paste<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp soy sauce<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp mirin<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp sugar<\/p>\n<p>Optional: 10ml sake<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.hyogoajet.net\/hyogotimes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG_1752.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-3832\" alt=\"IMG_1752\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hyogoajet.net\/hyogotimes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG_1752-175x131.jpg\" width=\"175\" height=\"131\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.hyogoajet.net\/hyogotimes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG_1752-175x131.jpg 175w, http:\/\/www.hyogoajet.net\/hyogotimes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG_1752-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.hyogoajet.net\/hyogotimes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/IMG_1752-512x384.jpg 512w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 175px) 100vw, 175px\" \/><\/a>1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except for the salmon!)<\/p>\n<p>2.
