Do It Talk (Recommendations)

To explain this grammar (何がいかがですか) I use the following pattern

  1. Start by going through a simple dialog:
    1. A: Do you like music?
    2. B: Yes
    3. A: Do you like <music star name>?
    4. B: Yes
    5. A: Let's listen to <music star name>.
  2. Explain that the last line in the dialog can be replaced with:
    1. "Would you like to listen to <music star name>"?
  3. Use other examples to illustrate:
    1. Do you like movies? Would you like to watch <popular movie name>?
    2. Do you like cake? Would you like to eat cake?

You should point out the difference in feeling between "Let's..." and "Would you like...". The latter is a question/suggestion while the former is an imperative.
