Renewing Your Passport
From HyogoAJET
If you've had to renew your passport while you've been living in Japan, you will need to get your various permits transfered to your new passport. Fortunately, this is a simple process, and can be done at Immigration Offices in Hyogo. All you need to bring is your old passport, your new passport, and it should take no more than 5 minutes.
