Answer: This is a replica of the famous Manneken-Pis statue in Brussels. He is the striking mascot for Manneken Belgian Waffles sold all over Japan.
\nHe can be found in Kobe, gracing the outside of a building between Sannomiya and Motomachi stations.<\/p>\n
