Make small cuts in the fat of the pork cutlet<br \/>\n2. Tenderize the pork on both sides by hitting it with the back of a knife<br \/>\n3. Put salt and pepper on both sides of the pork<br \/>\n4. Dust pork with flour, dip in the egg and then the breadcrumbs<br \/>\n5. Deep fry the pork until golden brown<br \/>\n6. Serve on shredded cabbage with tomato and cucumber<br \/>\n7. Pour tonkatsu sauce over it as you like<br \/>\n8.
