This recipe uses pork cutlets but if you like you can use thinly sliced pork and it will be like the delicious pork you get in set lunches.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Ingredients<\/span><br \/>\n<strong>serves 4<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>4 pork cutlets<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>2 tablespoons grated ginger<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>3 tablespoons soy sauce<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1-2 tablespoons sake<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>a little oil, salt and pepper<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix grated ginger, soy sauce and sake in a bowl<\/li>\n<li>Put a little salt and pepper on the pork cutlets<\/li>\n<li>Saut\u00c3\u00a9 the pork cutlets with a little oil over a medium flame      for about 5 minutes each side<\/li>\n<li>Pour the ginger, soy sauce, sake mix over the pork and saut\u00c3\u00a9      for a little longer<\/li>\n<li>Serve with rice, miso soup and any side dishes you fancy<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">side dish<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1 pack enoki mushrooms (thin white mushrooms)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1 pack maitake mushrooms (coral shaped brown mushrooms)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>1 bunch chrysanthemum leaves (shungiku)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut the roots off the mushrooms and break into small bunches<\/li>\n<li>Cut the roots off the chrysanthemum leaves and cut the bunch in      half<\/li>\n<li>Stir-fry the mushrooms in a heated fry pan with a little oil<\/li>\n<li>Add the chrysanthemum leaves and stir-fry<\/li>\n<li>Season with a little salt and pepper<\/li>\n<li>Serve with the pork or with other meals as a side dish<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This is an easy and delicious meal.
