So for those looking to confess to their crushes or impress their special someone, or let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s face it, to just stuff some chocolate in our faces (thanks Anna), it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s brownie time!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>125g Butter<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>200g Sugar (add up to 50g more for sweeter brownies)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>50g Cocoa Powder (about 10 Tbsp)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2 Eggs, beaten<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>50g Flour<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u00c2\u00bd tsp Baking Powder<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A pinch of Salt<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Melt the <strong>butter<\/strong> in a small pot on low heat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>(You can also melt it in the microwave)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Remove from the stove and stir in the <strong>sugar<\/strong> and <strong>cocoa powder<\/strong> til well mixed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Beat the <strong>eggs<\/strong> into the mixture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>In a separate bowl, mix together the <strong>flour<\/strong>, <strong>baking powder<\/strong>, and <strong>salt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Stir in the <strong>flour mixture<\/strong> till just combined.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Pour the mixture into a prepared (butter coated, flour dusted) pan and bake at 180\u00c2\u00b0C\/350\u00c2\u00b0F for about 25 minutes.
