Toward the end of the meal, we ordered a giant dish of a pineapple dessert that was pretty delicious and an interesting melding of flavors. So for this month\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s recipe and in the spirit of experimentation with cooking methods and dish recreation, here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a recipe for Brazilian pineapple dessert. Feel free to cook up some meat to go along with it. The sweet and savory flavors pair well together. ;)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1 Pineapple<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 Cup Brown Sugar<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>1\u00c2\u00bd tsp Ground Cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Condensed Milk to taste*<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*you can find this in the supermarket sold in a red and white tube with a cow on it.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut <strong>pineapple<\/strong> into long strips.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Mix together the <strong>brown sugar<\/strong> and <strong>cinnamon<\/strong> in a bowl or Ziploc bag.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Combine with a squeeze or two of <strong>condensed milk<\/strong>, and coat the <strong>pineapple strips<\/strong> with the mixture.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Grill, bake (200\u00c2\u00b0C\/400\u00c2\u00b0F) for about an hour, or pan-fry the <strong>pineapple strips<\/strong> on medium heat until caramelized.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>Transfer <strong>pineapple strips<\/strong> to a cutting board, and cut into bite sized pieces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>Transfer the<strong> pineapple<\/strong> back into the pan or to a mixing bowl, add any leftover <strong>cinnamon brown sugar<\/strong>, and <strong>condensed milk<\/strong> to taste.
